Years ago I had a fantastic bright yellow 1950s Catalina swimsuit with an all over print of birds...doing what the birds and the bees do. It sold and has been long gone. The other day I posted the close up of the print on Instagram to show a friend who loves novelty prints and today someone mentioned that the print is a 1940s work by Picasso. I had no idea!! Behold....

2 of the BEST 1930s swimsuits (bathing suits?) I've ever had, let alone seen at all. The blue with embroidered swallows, the brown with embroidered stars!
