Brown rubber 1940s flocked rubber boots with rabbit fur trim, lace up front. Hollow heel- these slip over your heels to protect them in the rain and snow! Labeled a size 8.5, they fit me without a shoe with plenty of room so I think best accomodation is for size 7-8.  8" tall, 3" heel
