Deep Blue Felted Wool Tilt Hat with Beaded Bird circa 1940s

Gorgeous deep blue felted wool round top hat with 3-D cut out bird boasting a sparking beaded head. Size 22. Has a veil with felted wool cords- part of one of the cords missing. Can easily just be removed. The real star here is that bird! No stains or holes on hat itself.
