Divine seafoam Chinese silk 1940s dressing gown fully lined in black silk charmeuse. Mandarin collar, shoulder pads- black silk braided frog closures down bodice, hidden snaps secure behind to take stress off those. Bell shaped sleeves. Wider hidden placket from waist to knee with snap closures, open from knee to hem. Has an unusual sash that mimics a cummerbund, lined completely in the same black silk- sewn to bodice on left side, wraps across front and around back to come back to left side and loop into waist and pull taut. Has a few tiny spots as shown, no holes- solid and perfectly wearable. The perfect dressing gown to swan down a curved staircase with mimosa in hand to greet your guests (with some black silk boudoir slippers, natch!). Hand made, no label.Â
