Soutache Embroidered Blue Wool Jacket with Tassel Sash circa 1910s

Blue wool 1910s walking suit jacket (would have been worn with a matching slim cut skirt) with pink embroidery, blue soutache. Loop buttons, layered look sleeves. Sash with one tassel, the other missing one. Vertical strip loops in back. Just exquisite! The sash is tacked on but can be undone to loosen how it fits- a few tiny holes, lining is a little worn. No label, likely hand made.
