Late 1910s weighted ivory silk dress with creped silk accents at sleeves and down left side of skirt. Sleeve cuffs have long peaked pieces, 2 each, one little acorn shaped bead at one of each set of 2 (probably had 2 at one point in time). Panel side on skirt has embroidery flanked by angled draping vertical pieces. Overlay bodice snaps up side of torso and at left shoulder, is lined with white silk that snaps up center front. Skirt wraps across front and snaps at waist.
It's hard to say what has been done but to me, at least the grosgrain ribbon trim inside waist band is newer, snaps may be newer as well.
There are some spots at hem, and a few higher up in front on the skirt. This is a longer dress so could easily hem up to get rid of. Small tear inside neckline on right side at shoulder. Slightly imperfect but OH so Isadora Duncan!
