Ivory silk late 1800s full length skirt- likely part of a bridal or party ensemble. Accented on left side of waist with soft grey wide silk ribbon. Stiffened toward hem with tightly ruched ruffle. Hook and eye closure-a a few missing. Some slightly yellow spots, faint, but of note. As is.
