Early 2000s Nina Ricci polka dot 50s style halter dress with black buckle accent at center waist. Open back, size vinyl zip. Front of full skirt shorter than back, lined. Has some tiny snag dots on front as shown- no huge deal. A far better quality 50s style dress than modern repros!
