Dainty Floral Print Red Crepe Rayon Dress with Buttons and Bow circa 1970s

 Apple red VERY 1930s inspired dress from the 1970s. Crepe rayon with little ditsy calico style floral print, pin tucked bodice with covered buttons and loops up neckline- metal snaps above waist. Elastic waist, shoulder pads (small, covered in same fabric as dress). Matching belt with blue leather back- blue seems to have leeched into fabric. Knee length skirt. Button missing on one cuff.
