Late teens to early 1920s ivory silk dress (probably a wedding dress). Blouson bodice, layered scalloped hem skirt, under bodice with ribbon straps. Sleeves tie with silk ribbons, bows dot hem of skirt. Stains and holes as shown- as is, needs some TLC.
