Sailor Stripe Blue and White Cotton Full Skirt Dress circa 1940s

Sailor blue and white faille rayon late 40s to early 50s summer dress with horizontal striped full skirt, vertical striped bodice and mitered striped square collar, back metal zipper. A little teeny fade on right shoulder, a few tiny spots. Hand made, unlined.
