Topaz Colored Rhinestone Oval Brooch + Pendant Necklace circa 1960s

1960s gold tone braided chain (by Monet, not original to pendant) and filigree gold tone metal come oval brooch with faux pearls and topaz colored rhinestones. Has a pin back and pendant hook, made in Germany. No flaws. Chain is 28" around, pendant/brooch is 2" wide.
