Bright Teal Cotton Belted Tent Dress with Voluminous Puff Sleeves circa 1980s

Amazing 1980s bright teal cotton tent dress with belt, huge billowing puff sleeves. Ruched and pleated toward upper bodice, trapunto stitching on back shoulders- large padded shoulders. Large button at neck and at sleeve cuffs- inner buttons down inside of dress. Fit is meant to be very oversized, tagged size 8. By Dominic Rompollo for Jean Roberts. No flaws.

Rompollo started out designing for Teal Traina and was a favorite designer of Rosalynn Carter's.
