Black Faille Lace and Bow Trimmed Two Piece Mourning Dress and Hat circa 1910s

 Divine black faille heavy skirt and bodice set from the early 1900s, likely a mourning set for a young woman. Bodice and skirt both feature lace accented with black silk bow applique. Bodice has pouf sleeves, lace bib underlaid with tissue pleated silk with lace edge, high neckline- hooks and eyes up back. Too small for my mannequin. Has a silk waist wrap and some piece in back that must make up into some kind of bow? Skirt has panels of lace with same silk bow applique, ruffled hem, lined in a ruffled hem taffeta. VERY SMALL. Some holes in lace, matching hat has some tears in lace as well.

bodice- 30" bust, 20" around waist, 16" long, 17" sleeves

skirt- 20" around top, 46" hips,  43" long
