Ebony Velvet Princess Line Opera Coat with Ruffled Collar circa 1930s

1930s black velvet coat with peaked shoulders, ruffled collar. Buttons off center under collar and at waist, inside has a loop and ribbons to stabilize waist. Lined in white satin. No tag, a few small spot inside on lining as shown.
