Feather and Sequined Turban Inspired Black Wool Hat circa 1940s

Black domed wool 1940s hat with art deco appliques trimmed in sequins and small feathers around sides, bubble domed top, black plume accent on top. Top feathers added to hide a hole. Small dot of adhesive or something on top as shown. No label, size 21.5- meant to sit on head, not to pull down.
