Romantic Ruffled Weighted Silk Wrap Blouse circa 1900

Lush black weighted silk early 1900s wrap-esque blouse with pleated ruffled collar and edges on long cuffs. Blouse wraps over itself in front, sash attached to waist at back comes around sides to tie in front (all intended to be hidden beneath the waist of a skirt). Shown with a lovely rhinestone brooch not included. No flaws.
