Today is Sesame Street's 44th birthday! I was born in 1969 2 weeks after this show went on the air in 1969 and have grown up in a world where Sesame Street was always present...for both myself and my daughter when she was little. Sesame Street has not only been a wonderful show for the work of the writers and Muppets but for the amazing array of celebrities that have guest starred over the decades!
