FOR VINTAGE ITEMS- Shipping is calculated at check out based on weight and destination. 
We ship USPS Priority or 1st class from the US to the carrier in your country. We try to ship within 3 business days but if you need something fast, please email us at admin@dorotheasclosetvintage.com. We can overnight if requested, or use a carrier of your choice if requested. 
FOR DROP SHIP ITEMS-  Shipping is calculated at check out based on weight and destination. These ship from overseas by YunExpress and typically deliver in 2-3 weeks.

 LAYAWAYS and RETURNS
Layaways can be arranged but must follow terms. 20% down, non-refundable, and paid off within 90 days. No returns. Email us at admin@dorotheasclosetvintage.com to arrange.
 
Returns are considered on case by case basis. Errors made on our end will be taken back and refunded in full. A return for a change of mind or size issue will be a 20% re-stock fee (bridal gowns 50%). This is primarily to discourage rentals....we are quite easy to work with! Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt and sent back within 72 hours, shipped Priority with delivery confirmation.
Items returned damaged or not in condition they were shipped will be refused
