Aubergine purple poly or nylon velour (super soft!) hot pants and split skirt micro mini dress with round buttons and choker collar. Elastic waist on hot pants. This is likely from 1969-1971. Has size tags saying size 7, see measurements for best fit. Unlined, no flaws.
