Black Lily Rhinestone Curved Top Ring circa 1980s 6 1/4

Gorgeous black enameled metal curved top ring with rhinestone star lilies. Marking inside but I cannot read it even with a loupe! No flaws. 3/8" wide. Size 6 1/4.
