Crinkle Silk and Wool Black and Grey Dress with Velvet Accents circa 1920s

Really unusual 1920s dress in a larger size. I cannot guarantee this IS 1920s, could be a tad later? It's hand made and because of the size a little hard to date. Bodice of a soft grey crinkled silk, square neckline, velvet bow accents. Dropped waist with black wool skirt. No side closure, has metal snaps at back of neck.
