burgundy silk, jet beading , feathers and florals! 
Silk covered wire cap adorned with green velvet, 
black feathers, silk flowers and jet bead accents. 
Ties under chin with elaborate silk chiffon scarf. 
Utterly stunning and unique! Some wear to silks, a 
few beads missing but overall superb shape, quite 
wearable.
