Incredible Jackson Pollock meets floral print red crepe rayon 1940s dress. Wide peaked lapel, black fabric covered buttons, angled cuffed sleeves. Self belt. Belt is pretty tattered (the backing- front is fine), button fabric worn. It's the print that makes this so fabulous! No label.
