Vivid Blue Feather Plume Print Beaded Silk Chiffon Dropped Waist Dress circa 1920s

Dreamy black, blue and off white 1920s silk chiffon dropped waist dress with loads of sparkling beads. Solid blue underdress. No label, side closure. The "white" is not as white in all places- not sure if it's a marbled pattern or discoloration, but looks intentional. Underdress has some spots as shown, not visible through the overlay.
